The Backyard
The first of many posts. Went on a Sunday hike with Sara, Lucy and Luis Javier up to a lookout through the cloud forest in Podocarpus National Park about 10 minutes south of Loja. We were exhausted. We had sludged through the mud and cold for 400m of solid vertical steps. After a shower and coffee this was the view from the roof of the house in Loja…a pretty nice payoff.
Wow Steve…these pictures are incredible!! I especially love the top one…I would frame that and hang it up in my house! Very beautiful.
